Julieth Munoz, CEO and Founder of CauCao
Founder story

A bridge built from personal roots.

I was born in Almaguer, Cauca, in the heart of the Colombian Massif—a region known for its vital water sources, extraordinary biodiversity and hardworking people. Although Cauca has endured decades of conflict, its communities continue to cultivate opportunity. Coffee and cacao sustain families and reflect the determination of people who love their land and aspire to build a better future.

I created CauCao after seeing small producers develop valuable products and brands, yet struggle to reach buyers and new markets. CauCao exists to help close that gap—while keeping each producer's identity visible and encouraging transparent commercial relationships and fair prices for agricultural work.
